Returns & Exchanges

The EvenLina 30 day money back promise

 

It’s important that you feel comfortable and happy with your purchase so if you aren’t, for any reason, contact us and we can either provide you with an alternative size or style, or a refund.  We are happy to refund or exchange for whatever reason.

 

We just ask you to try on your garments over the top of your own underwear for hygiene reasons in case you need to return.

Returns and exchanges within the UK

Free returns are offered within the UK

  1. Please indicate if you are exchanging or returning

  2. Send an email to returns@evenlina.com and request a returns label which you can print off and take to the post office or ask us to arrange a pick-up from your home address.

  3. We aim to process the return within 10 days of the goods arriving in our warehouse.

Returns and exchanges from overseas

  1. You will need to pay for the return, please address to:
    Returns at EvenLina,     Devonshire Business Centre, Works Road, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 1GJ

  2. Please indicate if you are exchanging or returning

  3. We aim to process the return within 10 days of the goods arriving in our warehouse.
